COMEX Copper edged up today, adding to latest spike in last session. The commodity is currently up 0.28% at $4.72 per pound, lingering near four and half month high. LME Copper inventories continued to slide in recent weeks, falling to seven month low and keeping Copper well supported. Meanwhile, in equities today, China's Shanghai Composite index eased 0.42% after recent surge. Japanese Nikkei average spiked 1.28%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index fell 0.20%. European stocks spiked as Russia-Ukraine peace talks pushed indices in Germany and France up more than 1%.After moving sharply lower early in the session, the US stocks showed a good recovery over the course of the trading day on Wednesday. However, the DOW still ended down 0.50%.
