According to the latest S&P Global Asia Sector PMI data, business activity increased across 16 of the 18 monitored sectors in November, which was the highest number since March. The upturn was led by Software & Services, which has been the top performer in six of the past seven months. The sector registered a sharp increase in output, albeit one which was the least pronounced since June. Transportation recorded the second-strongest rise in activity during November. The latest uptick was strong and extended the current run of expansion to nine months. Consumer Services came in third place, and was the top performing category at the broader industry level for the first time in six months.
