Base metals continued to stay well supported today. MCX January 2026 Copper futures are trading at Rs 1174.50 per kg, up 1.80% on the day. The counter witnessed a firm opening and saw excellent gains as recent rally extended. MCX Aluminum futures are up 0.65% to trade at Rs 288.60 per kg. MCX Zinc futures gained 1.10% to trade at Rs 308.55 per kg. MCX Lead futures added 0.27% to trade at Rs 182.35 per kg.
